* You can avail 24/7 of your own reservations planning (diary) through your own personal login on www.out.travel. You can make bookings, cancellations, you can check OUT! bookings and payments, customer satisfaction, guestbooks and you can create you own discounts!

* With our advantageous 'no cure, no pay' commission you will be included in our powerfull on- and offline marketing. You don't pay fixed amounts for internet presentations (including extensive photo and film reports).

* You will benefit from our professional knowledge in the field of internet marketing. Optimal search engine marketing, sophisticated 'sponsored links' and a network of more than 10.000 big and small webpartners, who provide daily many visitors on our website and your holiday home.

* You will receive through OUT! Travel for example a free advertisement for your holiday home on the travel website Start4Travel.

* Full colour promotion in our annual holiday home catalogue with a complete presentation of your accommodation with photos, description and prices!

* The security that your accommodation is aimed at the right target group (seniors, young families, walkers, etc) by using a unique OUT! classification and labeling.

* You'll only get from OUT!, as a member of ANVR/SGR/.travel participant, only fully insured customers concerning the possibly damage of your accommodation. As regular liability insurance will not pay out for damages to rental accommodations. OUT! will deal with possibly damage claims.

* Your personal liability (for example claims concerning legionella infection) regarding the customer is also covered by OUT! The ANVR keeps a close eye on this, because holiday home owners can be insufficiently insured.

* OUT! Travel has a 24 hour Alarm line, which you as an owner can use in case of serious problems on location.

* OUT! also takes care of the full administration and financial dealings with the customer. If necessary we work together with a collection agency. Also in case of cancellations you'll get paid by the conditions of the ANVR.

* If desired you'll receive from OUT! a FREE availability link for on your own website! Also your own clients will make use of the price- and availability system from OUT! Travel. The reservation planning with OUT! will be blocked automatically (no double bookings) and you will receive a completed bookingsform. More information you'll find on Out!fors-PlanOffice.

Your confirmation to these general terms & conditions also enables us to insure, to our expense, your liability towards our communal customer (ANVR-obligation).
