Whether these holiday homes are handled exclusively by OUT!, are also handled by allied tour operators, or are also offered on the website of the property owner, is of secondary importance. The property owners of OUT! Travel, whether a private owner or a holiday park with several partners, wish to be able to communicate with the OUT! information system in different ways, and rightly so. This is possible via the Internet, and to that end, OUT! has developed software under the name of Out!fors Planoffice.

With Out!fors Online, the reservations planning schedules for a holiday home are available to:

The visitors of www.out.travel

The webpartners (affiliates) of Out! Travel

In addition to the direct reservation and cancellation possibilities, the software package offers the property owner various reservations and payment overviews, discount modules, performance analysis, etc.
In particular, Out!fors Online is suitable for individual property owners and semi-professional property owners with only a few holiday homes. Out!fors Online is available free of charge for property owners participating in OUT! Travel.

Out!fors Online Plus

With this package, the automated reservation planning schedules, with availability-, price- and reservation module, for a few holiday homes or for an entire range of holiday homes become available in real time to:

The property owner himself

The visitors from the website of the property owner

The reservations centre of OUT! Travel

The visitors of www.out.travel

The webpartners (affiliates) of Out! Travel

Out!fors Online Plus can also be used in addition to or separately from an already existing reservation system, automated or not. The system offers availability-, price- and a reservation module on the website of the property owner. You will no longer receive requests for unavailable periods. Also planning management between your 'own' website reservations and the OUT! reservations is no longer necessary. To be able to handle your 'own' reservations, a completed reservation form will be send automaticly. The setting options will guarantee a smooth connection to the company- and/or web style of the property owner.

If desired the property owner can conclude OUT!-travel insurances realtime on the 'own' website. Or if desired it is possible for the property owner to obtain extra alternative offer from the OUT! Travel file (on a commission basis).

Out!fors Online Plus is often made available free of charge to property owners/parties working together with OUT! Travel. If a property owner wishes to use the package for an entire range of accommodations and this is not interesting for OUT! Travel, a cost-price offer is made.

Out!fors Online Plus Integraal

As an addition to Out!fors Online Plus, this includes the full administrative and financial handling by OUT! for all reservations through your 'own' website. With that all reservations through your website will automaticly be made under the ANVR-conditions. Your customers are for instance insured for possible damage to your holiday home. Besides the customer can use the after-sales service (damages, complaints, 24 hour alarm line) of OUT! Travel.

This last Out!fors option is especially suitable if your quality and time investments are elsewhere (promotion, development and management) and/or if you don't have your own reservation- and invoice system. The costs consist of an agreed reduced contribution per reservation.
