The 5 steps to a 'full house'

Step 1: Register your holiday accommodation online!
You provide/maintain the description, the photos and the prices yourself! Prefer that we take the work off your hands? No problem, after the 1st registration we will contact you anyway!

Step 2: Show your current planning on our site
You can manage the availability of your holiday accommodation yourself via your online OUT! account. If desired, we can synchronize your calendar (XML, iCall, etc.) for free or you can use the OUT! iCalendar on your own website. Also for free! Your other partners can also use it. This saves everyone a lot of work and prevents mistakes.

Do you want to make your own site immediately bookable? OUT! offers a 'plug in' reservation module on your existing website. You can even contact us for a completely new website!

Step 3: We start the promotion of your holiday accommodation!
You will automatically receive the reservation confirmations via your online OUT! account / by email. Your schedule will run full!

Step 4: The guest pays securely in advance in one or two installments
Via the trusted payment systems (iDeal, credit card) of OUT! Holiday Homes, before the stay. You will be paid monthly, before the stay, minus the agreed 10% commission of your prices.

Step 5: You and your guest receive the travel documents
The travel documents are made available via the OUT! account of the tenant/landlord or by email. With all the information for an optimal reception and optimal stay of our joint guest!

Would you rather do the rental yourself? Don't use price, availability or reservation modules? But especially looking for extra promotion for your own website? That is possible too. Your own advertisement always in the search results on OUTvakantiehuizen.nl!

How does that work?

You provide an extensive description of your holiday accommodation with up to 20 photos (for a top presentation) and the link to your own website where we can direct our visitors! You then use your online OUT! account to track how many interested customers we send to your website!

What does that cost?

Given the effective results, the extensive presentation, the advertisement in the search results, normally costs 199 euros per year. But because we are all still recovering a bit from the consequences of Covid-19, you now only pay 95 euros for your advertisement until 31/12/2023!
