Conclude a working agreement

When, after reading our information on this website, you are interested in a cooperation with OUT! Travel (on a commission base, no cure, no pay), please request our general terms & conditions through Subscribe. When you agree to these terms & conditions you can request a cooperation proposal, also through Subscribe. To be able to send you the best possible proposal we ask you for some more information concerning your holiday accommodation(s).
OUT! Travel will make you a customized cooperation proposal, completely aimed at the highest possible occupation. We will send the proposal by email and ofcourse you will receive an accompanying letter with explanation. When you agree to our proposal please send it with your signature to OUT! by email (scan), fax or by post. Make sure OUT! has a full photo report, a complete description and agreed prices available.
After receiving the signed agreement/contract we will make as soon as possible a complete presentation of your holiday accommodation(s). You will receive an introduction package by email with the necessary explanation, with your login details, a manual cooperation, caretaker instruction, etc. Ofcourse we will make an appointment on the spot to visit you and your holiday home as soon as possible. We will then make a complete photo- and film report, we check the details and judge the quality (qualification). Besides it will give us the opportunity for acquaintance, questions and/or advice.

OUT! Travel reservations

As soon as the presentation of your holiday accommodation is finished, the accommodation is realtime, online bookable on this website. OUT! Travel ensures that the accommodation is included in all promotion campaigns and affiliate networks (see also Promotion).
The customer has the possibility to reserve by telephone, directly on www.out.travel or through one of our web partners. As soon as the customer makes a definate reservation, you will automatically receive a confirmation of the reservation by email. Also the customer will receive a confirmation/invoice by email.
Within 7 days the customer will have to provide the deposit to OUT! Travel. Possibly OUT! sends reminders for payments and if necessary OUT! will cancell the reservation and will hand over the annulation invoice to a collection office.
Six weeks before the stay the customer will pay the remaining amount of the invoice. Possibly regular annulations will be processed. Insured annulations are further handled by OUT! Travel as a insurance intermediary.
After full payment the customer and holiday home owner will receive the travel documents (voucher) . The voucher is the customers proof of payment, with on it the key address, communication details, route description and possibly additional costs to be paid at the spot.
The holiday home owner will be paid. Possibly annulations will be paid or settled/recalculated. The SGR guarantees the financial aspects for the holiday home owner or the handling of the stay (see also Your Cooperation Contract).
The customer will report themselves by the holiday home owner (or your caretaker). Possibly deposit and additional costs will be paid in accordance with the voucher.
OUT! Travel is 24/7 available through the alarmline. The OUT! Travel customer is supplementary insured for damages to the rental accommodation. Also the liability of the holiday home owner is supplementary insured.
After the stay the customer will receive a quality survey form from OUT! Travel, as well as the possibility to leave a holiday report in the digital guestbook of your holiday home.
During/after the stay OUT! Travel handles possibly complaints and insurance claims in accordance with the ANVR-conditions. The client has the possibility (concerning the handling of complaints) to appeal to the Committee on Travel Disputes. OUT! Travel acts as a spokesman on behalf of the holiday home owner for the professional defence including external legal support. Judgement are binding for OUT! and the holiday home owner.

Accommodation provider reservations and more

OUT! Travel offers you as a holiday home owner all freedom in taking your own touristic reservations. OUT! works on the basis: the person who makes the reservation first will have the reservation (either OUT! or you as a holiday home owner). With your personal login on www.out.travel you can avail 24/7 of your reservation planning. You can easily make your own reservations, and after that you can confirm your own customer. Through an overview you can always view the total bookings overview. You can find here the details of your own, but also the OUT! reservations. You can also cancell your own reservations here.
Furthermore you can check (through the login) all house details, such as guestbooks, client satisfaction, promotion results (the amount of 'hits', visitors of your house presentation), uploading new photos and add promotion discounts. You can also follow the whole financial administration: did the client pay?, when and how much will be paid by OUT?, for which bookings is the recently received payment?, etc.
