I was here in October there were seven women visiting Barcelona, most of us for the first timeI The location could not be better. It's minutes away from everything including the metro and shopping, restaurants, etc. The apartment itself as well equipped, but It could use some paper towels for the American folks and more toilet paper. The home was so cute & authentic to the area. It was in a great location! We enjoyed the balcony over looking the busy street below. We learned for a great meal reservation was a must! Most restaurants are small with limited seating. M. was wonderful giving us helpful tips on where to eat & what some of the sights were that we could see. She was very attentive anytime I sent her a question. We had a group of 8 and the home was very comfy! We can't wait to visit again :)

Nice location with the balcony. Comfy beds. Bathrooms are good but not great. Cleaning could be improved since it's very dirty underneath the beds and other furniture. That was the only thing that was bad. Except of that I can recommend the flat.

Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen. Sie ist großzügig geschnitten und liegt sehr zentral, fast genau in der Mitte zwischen Passeig de Gracia und der Sagrada familia. Das Appartement hat sehr viel Charme durch die tollen Fliesen, den Stuck an den Decken und die typischen Altbautüren teilweise mit Glas verziert. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die meisten Betten der Wohnung sind bequem, einzig das Schlafzimmer, das an das Wohnzimmer grenzt, hat leider sehr durchgelegene Matratzen und die Bettgestelle sind teilweise kaputt und notdürftig mit Klebeband geflickt.

Super verblijf gehad. Groot appartement alles bij de hand wat je nodig hebt. Supermarkt om de hoek 15 min lopen naar place catalunya vlakbij metro Sagrada familia op loopafstand. Alleen handdoeken te weinig wel wasmachine maar je mist dan wasrek. Appartement echt een aanrader!

L'appartement est grand et peut accueillir deux familles. Cependant les photos sont plus jolies que la réalité. Les lits sont confortables. La climatisation s'est brisée pendant notre séjour mais les propriétaires ont rapidement réglé la situation et nous ont même fourni des ventilateurs pour nous accommoder pendant la réparation. Appartement bien situé. La terrasse des bien jolie mais il fait trop chaud en août pour en profiter.

L'appartement est idéalement situé dans un quartier proche de plusieurs stations de métro, proches de superbes restaurants, boulangerie, supermarché Immeuble magnifique Les 2 salles de bains comprennent les toilettes, l'une des 2 ne ferme pas à clé ? elles sont minuscules et peu pratiques. Climatisation ne fonctionne pas bien malgré l'intervention de M. qui a été très réactif et sympa. Mobilier à renouveler, ménage à approfondir. Un peu cher pour ce type de prestation
