The reservations are made directly with the owner. It is the owner who confirms the booking to the client and is responsible for the reservation and the stay.

3. Silver: Mediation offer, Travel agencies

The customers make their reservations with Out! Holiday homes. Out! is the travel agent for you and your client and Out! is responsible for the reservation.

4. Gold: Offer Tour Operator

The customers make their reservations with Out!. Out! is a tour operator for you and the client and Out! is responsible for the reservation and the stay.

You would like to get to know the OUT! method, rent out your holiday home under the guarantee of the SGR, but you would rather not immediately sign an annual contract? With a Silver trial subscription you can now enter into a partnership till the 31st of december! The collaboration will take effect as soon as you agree to the conditons (but before 1st of July 2022), with the same conditions, options and commission as a full-fledged silver collaboration.
