Onze vakantie was een absoluut succes. De ontvangst door madame Francoise was allerhartelijkst! De omgeving is prachtig, rustig en landelijk. 's Morgens word je gewekt door het gekakel van hanen en kippen. Er zijn mogelijkheden genoeg om allerlei middeleeuwse stadjes en kastelen te bezoeken. Voor ons was het geen probleem, maar er is dus géén Wifi. De gewone internetverbinding is zeer onstabiel. Vooral onze meereizende zoon vond dit erg vervelend. Zoek overigens niet naar het huis met de groene luiken, ze zijn inmiddels blauw. Verder ontbraken een aantal dingen in en om het huis die wel in de beschrijving stonden: geen tafeltennistafel, geen radio (wel een tv maar met slechte ontvangst en alleen Franse zenders), geen bidet of badkuip (maar wel een dubbele wastafel en douche), geen jeu de boule-baan of je zou de oprit met steentjes daarvoor moeten gebruiken. Tip vooral voor gezinnen met kinderen: neem een draagbare dvd-speler mee met genoeg films en muziek! Het privé zwembad is natuurlijk hemels: alles voor jezelf en dus geen handdoekje leggen!! Wij hebben genoten!! Reactie OUT!: We zullen samen met Francoise de beschrijving gaan updaten!

Madame Françoise is zeer vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Ze kwam ons direct tegemoet, met een woordenboek fr-nlds in de hand, om ons eea van het huis uit te leggen en gaf ook direct aan wanneer de lokale markten waren in Issegeac en Villereal, de wat grotere dorpen in de directe omgeving. Aangezien ik Frans spreek was het woordenboeken niet nodig en babbelde ze er vrolijk op los. Het huis ligt tussen de graanvelden, heel rustig, prachtige omgeving. Genoeg te doen, er liggen o.a. veel kastelen op relatief korte afstand, heel interessant om te bezoeken. Klein nadeel zijn de grote elektriciteitskabels die langs het huis lopen. De grote torens staan verder van het huis af, maar je hoort de kabels af en toe wat knetteren. Dacht eerst dat er een groot insect kwam aanvliegen! De wasmachine was niet in de allerbeste staat, maar werkte verder prima. Ik had twee honden bij me, waaronder een Golden Retriever, probeer die maar eens uit het zwembad te houden. Gelukkig had Madame Françoise snel door dat hij niets zou beschadigen en mocht hij mee zwemmen. Hij heeft ook niets beschadigd, dus haar vertrouwen niet beschaamd 😄. Heerlijke tijd gehad, zou er zo weer naartoe gaan!

Prachtige locatie, gastvrije eigenaars die regelmatig heerlijke eigen gekweekte tomaatjes brachten en informeerden of alles naar wens was. Zwembad was super, nog nooit zo relaxed genoten van een locatie.

Goed huis en zwembad vriendelijke gastheer/vrouw mooi gebied ,goed uitgaan,en veel privacy, dit alles komt redelijk overeen met de prijs. HBM Erinkveld

Niet verder zoeken: gewoon dit boeken, is werkelijk fantastisch!!! - Ruimte, rust, stilte - Mooi authentiek frans huis, met mooie grote openhaard - Geweldige aardige mensen (eigenaar)! - Omgeving is fantastisch - Heerlijk groot zwembad - en nog veel meer! We hebben echt een heerlijke week gehad, we gaan in het najaar weer!
