Great location and communication with the owner. We loved the location but easier instructions for the washer/dryer need to be available. The twin bed mattresses need replacing but all others were good.

Tutto perfetto, ho travato l'appartamento in buono stato fornito di tutto il necessario, ho trovato comodissimo l'utilizzo di lavatrice ed asciugatrice ( siamo tornati dalla vacanza con pochi indumenti da lavare) Il ounto di forza sicuramente è la sua posizione, unica difficoltà l'abbiamo avuta con gli asciugamani un po' piccoli e continentali.

A very nice apartment located right in the center of Barcelona's historic district. It was just a couple of blocks away from Las Ramblas and a short walk to Casa Mila. There were tons of wonderful restaurants within a 2-3 block walk. The apartment was a bit spartan but very comfortable of our group of 4. And M., the apartment manager, was very helpful as we got settled in. We would definitely return to this apartment if we ever return to Barcelona!!!

Everything 5-star. Excellent location, quiet, clean, well equipped, working bath facilities, comfortable, roomy, key holder on time and helpful, safe building, good elevator, everything you need at your doorstep, sleeps six, very reasonably priced for what you get.

Accueil parfait de M., très aimable et avenante. l'appartement..... Juste magnifique... Un petit bémol pour la literie... Mériterait mieux.

Appartamento grande, molto luminoso con una vista spettacolare su Plaza de Catalunya, centralissimo, ben arredato e pulito. Sig.ra M. gentilissima e molto disponibile.

Situé à proximité de la Paza de Cataluña l'appartement offre en plus une vue sur ses fontaines. C'est le point de départ idéale pour toutes les excursions dans Barcelone que ce soit à pied ou en transport en commun. L'appartement est de bon standing, bien équipé, avec ses fenêtres qui isolent beaucoup (mais pas complètement) des bruits de la rue. Tous les commerces sont également à proximités Excellente accueil. Rien à regretter, sauf de ne pas y être resté plus longtemps -)

Cet appartement semble de grand standing mais les finitions et l'entretien sont à revoir(porte cuisine cassée et ne se joignant pas, porte chambre parental disjointe, crédence cuisine cassée, parquet rayé dans l'entrée du au frottement de la porte, porte salle de bains grinçante,porte salle de bain dur à ouvrir, tringle à rideau mise avec du double face)Dommage car il est idéalement situé et pour l'avenir de cet appartement. Nous en avons quand même bien profité.

Perfect location. You can't get a better location. Close to everything. Very good size apartment and also M., the host, is a super nice person
