Sejour en famille 2 enfants de 8 et 11 ans. Appartement dans quartier vivant, Bien situé en dehors de la zone touristique. Seul defaut: Appart mal isolé ( on entend le bebe a l etage) et fenetres floutés (pas de vue directe). Mais Grand appartement, chambres individuelles pr les enfants, Proche du metro, 10 min a pied de la sagrada, 3 min de l avenue diagonale, resto en bas de la rue. Proprietaire agreable, facilitant et reactif. Tres bon accueil ( a 21h30!). Nois recommandons!!

Buena opción para alojarse para quienes desean conocer Bcn a pie, ya que la ubicación es muy buena. Las camas son muy buenas para descansar. La comunicación con la agencia y el dueño muy buena. Como puntos a mejorar.creo que el aire acondicionado sería muy necesario, las instalaciones sanitarias son antiguas por lo que hay mal olor y un baño es muy pequeño (para personas gorditas difícil de usar jeje). Y pondría toallas blancas . Recomendable para una pareja con niños, no para dos parejas. Answer from Interhome Thank you for detailed feedback. This property has so much potential with a few minor changes however without those unfortunately the only good thing about it is the location. After a long day of sightseeing the least you need is a terrible nights sleep. The beds are absolutely horrendous, worst beds we have ever slept on. Pillows are very smelly and the cleaning of the floors at the time of check in is less than acceptable. Also there is a sewage smell that overtakes the building. Lady at the check in is nice and helpful.

Esta en una ubicación excelente. Cerca de buses y el metro. Por dentro es muy cómodo, limpio y bien ubicado. Con gusto nos volveríamos a alojar allí.

Nous avons passés un séjour fantastique

Appartement spacieux, à l'aise à 4 personnes. A 10' de le station de métro la plus proche, pratique pour circuler dans Barcelone. Hotesse agréable parlant français et répondant à toutes nos questions. Facile d'aérer l'appartement par les fortes chaleurs, 3 ventilateurs fournis. A regretter le peu de vaisselle notamment les couverts, une cruche, un égouttoir, un grille pain auraient été utiles. Amazing apartment in a very good location. Close to a lot of metro stations, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. Safe building with doorman. House has all the utilities needed if you plan on cooking and very good wifi. Ideal for a family or a small group of friends. Very nice and helpful owner, gave us a lot of recommendations.
