El apartamento es una gozada. Amplio, mucha luz, y todos estaba muy limpio y en perfecto estado. La ubicación excelente. Metro a 2 minutos. Bien organizada la entrega de llaves y siempre puedes comunicar con la persona de contacto

Very good location, nice appartement, close to the metro and bus station (3 minutes), a lot of supermarkets, shops, restaurants nearby. Very good communication with owner. I will come back here !

Only in town a few nights and this place had the right amount of room and the location seemed good. Not as clean as it could be and the hot water in main shower did not work. The parking attendant in the garage didn't want to let us park until I let her speak with the apartment owner. Other than that, it worked well for the four of us. Answer from Interhome We are pleased to hear that despite some factors that affected your stay, the accommodation served your purpose. With regards to hot water and cleanliness, the keyholder should be notified on the spot to provide immediate solutions. In any case the cleaning team have been informed to be more careful.

Location très bien situé pour visiter Madrid, station de métro à 2 pas. Petit souci pour rendre les clés, 1h avant de partir, on nous a dit que se n'était plus possible ! Pas de retour de caution donné en espèce , laissez les clés dans l'appartement et tirer la porte. On part pas rassuré... obligé de donner un RIB pour virement. 4 jours après tout est rentré dans l'ordre. Dommage ce petit stress de la fin
