Vakantiehuis Grasse

Attractive house with beautiful garden and view. We enjoyed our time here. The hostess was very helpful and friendly. However, the house does have some overdue maintenance that could be invested in.

1. Heruntergekommende Küche, teilweise defekt. 2. Kühlschrank komplett verreist und mit alten Lebensmitteln belegt. 3. Sitzgelegenheiten ( Platz )für 9 Pers. nicht ausreichend. 4.Toiletten. Bäder nicht abschliesbar. 5. Nur 2 Zimmer klimatisiert. Laut Prospekt alle Schlafzimmer. 6. Pool und Aussenanlage sehr ungepflegt, schmutzig und teilweise Verletzungsgefahr durch defekte Fliesen und Liegestühle. 7. Kein Poolboy in unserer Woche. 8. Der Gesamteindruck war sehr enttäuschend. To danske familier med i alt 8 personer har haft en fremragende uge her. Huset ligger i en forstad til Grasse og har en skøn udsigt. Alt fungerer fint og der er, hvad der skal være af små lækre terrasser, en meget stor og skøn pool og et fint grill-område. Værten var lettilgængelig og imødekommende. Man skal være klar til et køre af en meget stejl vej for at komme til huset, og der er et par kilometer til indkøbsmuligheder. WiFi virker fint og derfor muligt at følge Tour De France og de 5 børn kunne bruge deres smartphones frit. Kan varmt anbefales.

This is advertised as a five bedroom villa but the bottom two are inhabitable due to being damp and the bathroom has mildew all around the walls. The bed linen supplied which we had to pay an extra £100 euros for was dirty. The duvet upstairs was stained with I don't want to know with. The access road that we were not told to go up but the satnav takes you was so tight and steep our cars loaded up just made it. There was ash trays still with cigarette butts in, there was hair clips in the bath, the kettle handle was damaged with sharp edges. The fridge/freezer still had out of date food in. A cupboard with condiments in had vinegar that should have been used by 2009 in. We weren't informed where to dispose of any rubbish that we found by mistake was up the hill in community area. We had to buy from a local Intermarche new sheets, duvets and pillow cases. The air conditioning upstairs didn't work in both rooms. A curtain fell down as well as a towel rail which we had to fix because we had given a £500 euro deposit cash which at the end of our trip both of these rooms were inspected straight away which seemed a little suspicious. We left a letter for the owners who were visiting from Switzerland on the day we left but didn't expect them to reply. The sun lounges were very old and the first one I laid on I found was broken as part of the hinge was missing. The swimming pool was dirty with debris at the bottom and nobody came to clean it. The only part of the villa that was great was the friends and family with me. Two of these became I'll because of the rooms downstairs and on had to sleep on the sofa it was that bad and the other didn't have a choice but to stay in the damp, room. So to sum up our stay in the villa we would not recommend this to anyone at all.

Kohde olisi vaatinut kunnon siivouksen ja puutarha siistimisen. Puitteet hyvät mutta nukkavieru kohde, mm. monet lamput palaneet, pistorasioita rikki ja alakerran wc:ssä paha haju. Kohde vaikea löytää, auton navigaattori ehdotti vain todella jyrkkää ja kapeaa tietä. Avaimen antaja puhui vain ranskaa.

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Manche Küchenutensilien sind etwas veraltet aber die Grundaustattung ist super. Herd und Spüle etc alles Tip Top. Der Pool und das ganze Grundstück sind sehr gepflegt und wirklich schön bepflanzt. Der Pool wurde 2 mal die Woche gereinigt. Ein Zimmer im Keller ist feucht und dieses Zimmer ist eigentlich nicht nutzbar. Laut der Dame vor Ort wird dieses Problem im Herbst beseitig und eine dauerhafte Belüftung installiert. Prosze by dla kolejnych gosci dom zostal lepiej wysprzatany. Na parterze duzo wilgoci. Otoczenie glosne - kosiarki, betoniarki, ubijarki do kamienia pracuja od rana do wieczora. Ladny basen i jego otoczenie. Answer from Interhome Thank you for this feedback. We encourage guests to report unsatisfactory cleaning on the spot, so that additional cleaning can be arranged by the keyholder. Nevertheless, the owner have informed the cleaning women to be more carefull on the garden floor. A VMC system will also be installed during the winter on the same floor but no moisture has been found so far. This can also be reported by guests immediately during the stay.

Mooie ruime woning met prachtige ligging. Wel wat achterstallig onderhoud.(kapotte horren, aanlopende deuren, gordijnringen defect)In de beneden badkamer ontbreekt een douchescherm waardoor alle nat wordt. Prachtig zwembad en buitenkeuken met bbq. Veel privacy.mooi tuin. Weg er naar toe is stijl en smal vraagt om enige stuurmanskunst. Ondanks gebreken hebben wij met 8 volwassenen en twee kinderen genoten van ons verblijf in La Garange.

Villa très propre, bien équipée, parfait pour un agréable séjour entre amis. L'accès est cependant assez difficile mais à part cela, rien à redire.
